For the mom behind the messages

You weren’t supposed to figure every meal out on your own.

“I just want to know what to do next.”

Maybe your baby gags and you tense up before the next bite. Maybe they turn away from the spoon, refuse finger foods, or stick to the same few textures—and you’re wondering how to move forward.

Or maybe nothing seems obviously wrong. You just keep asking yourself, Am I doing enough? Am I missing something?

You’ve read the tips. You’ve watched the reels. But a reel can’t see what’s happening with your baby, or help you decide what to try when the advice isn’t working.

You don’t need ten more things to try. You need a clear next step—and support while you take it.

Not just a consultation

A plan is the beginning.
The support is what comes next.

We don’t have one call and leave you to make sense of it alone. We keep working together as real life happens at your table.

A one-time consultation

An appointment to talk through your concerns and receive recommendations. Then you’re putting those recommendations into practice on your own.

Solids Intensive: six weeks together

  • Clear priorities for your baby’s feeding
  • Private check-ins as you try the plan
  • Video feedback and thoughtful adjustments
  • Someone to ask when you’re unsure

I see feeding in action.

Share up to two mealtime videos. I’ll review your baby’s feeding skills and give you personalized feedback—not another generic list of tips.

You have a place for questions.

Private messages throughout our six weeks, with replies on two designated business days each week. Not instant or daily responses, but ongoing guidance.

Your plan can evolve.

We’ll talk through what’s working, what isn’t, and adjust your written roadmap as appropriate. You’ll know what to focus on next.

Your specialist. A fellow mom.

Hi, I’m Kristi.
I want you to feel supported, not overwhelmed.

I’m a pediatric feeding therapist, speech-language pathologist, Certified Lactation Counselor, and mom of two.

I’ve spent more than a decade helping families understand feeding development. And as a mom, I know how exhausting it is to make one decision after another and wonder whether you’re getting them right.

My approach isn’t about forcing a feeding method or counting every bite. It’s about understanding your baby’s skills, meeting them where they are, and knowing what to work on next.

I’m glad you’re here. — Kristi

Let’s make sure it fits

Is this the support
you’ve been looking for?

Some feeding concerns need individualized medical or clinical evaluation, rather than an educational support program. We can discuss suitability before beginning. Eligibility and location-based restrictions must be reviewed before individualized services.
